Enhanced the Certification screen, on Termination certifications for MultiFamily (TRACS) tenants, by adding the Tenant Rent amount and Assistance Payment amount to the header of "Section D. Terminations." Case: 11962
Added additional information (unit number, address, and bedroom size) to the page header when printing a utility record from the Utilities tab of the Unit screen. Case: 12027
Added the tenant name as a page header when using a Print button from any of the tabs on the Household screen or when using the Print HAP Details button on the HAP Contract screen. Also added the Print eTrans button to the eTrans tab of the Household screen. Case: 11319

Updates:
Fixed the following bug on Total Annual Income calculations for waiting list applications: If income changed for a person on a waiting list application, but the change was entered somewhere other than the Application screen (such as the Household or Person screen), then the household's Total Annual Income failed to update correctly on the Application screen. In turn, this could cause additional issues with Income Level and Income Limit calculations on the application. Case: 12026
Fixed a bug on the Schedule Inspections screen, where the "Public Housing" Module selection failed to show inspections for all unit-based subsidy types. Case: 12161
Removed the Person Type field from the Incident History report on the Property Security Reports screen. This field is now obsolete. Case: 7923
Fixed a bug on the MultiFamily Gross Rent Change Wizard, where running the wizard for a single unit would delete all adjustments for the entire voucher. Case: 12151
Fixed an issue on the VMS Line Mapping Setup screen, where a large number of irrelevant fields were included in the drop-down list for Column. Case: 11904
Fixed a bug on the Incident History report and Security Statistics report, on the Property Security Reports screen, where the incident Start Dates were pulling incorrectly from the record-creation dates. Case: 10565
Fixed an issue where the Help Center link, at the top of most screens, was linking to an out-of-date version of the documentation. Case: 12047
Fixed an issue when reopening a MultiFamily (TRACS) certification, where the system failed to delete the existing MAT record corresponding to the certification. In turn, the issue could cause voucher adjustments to gather incorrectly and could cause the certification to be reported multiple times to TRACS, causing fatal errors on submission. Case: 12056
Fixed a bug on Android Work Orders, where creating a work order on the Android device for a development (as opposed to a unit) would cause a "UnitID" error in the desktop system. Case: 12166
